Established and operated by the students of Trent University, Trent Radio is designed with the production of exceptional radio in mind. Its aims and objectives include producer oriented programming and broad community participation for the production of creative local radio.
Trent Radio is a producer-oriented broadcast facility that began as a Trent University student club in 1968. Sponsored and designed by students, it incorporated as a registered charity and serves as a resource for the Peterborough community. The station offers opportunities for students and community members to host their own shows by submitting program proposals, with Trent Radio providing training and support.
