KVVN AM 1430 is a Vietnamese radio station based in San Jose. It is the only Vietnamese radio station in America owned and operated by a Vietnamese-American, and the only one in the Bay Area owned by a local resident. Broadcasting since 1997, KVVN AM 1430 is also noted as the third oldest Vietnamese radio station in America and the only one in California owned by an Asian-American woman.
